During your Stay
While under our care, you will be cared for by essential members of our staff. A variety of professionals will attend to the many tasks required to ensure your needs are met.
In addition to your medical team, our Food and Nutrition Services team works with your Physician to determine the diet that is right for you and our Building Services department will ensure that your room is clean.
Xổ số lượng tử hôm nayOur Nurses are here to uphold your rights as a patient. They are responsible for conveying to you your health status, medication requirements, and medical treatments and procedures, as well as helping you deal with any challenges you may face over the course of your care.
You can use patient room call bells to page a Nurse for emergency help or regular assistance, day and night.
Preparing for your Stay
Xổ số lượng tử hôm nayFor admissions, make sure to bring your Social Security Number, insurance card, Photo ID (such as a driver's license or state photo ID), Medicare or Medicaid card and Advance Directive (living will).
To ensure a comfortable hospital stay, you can elect to bring some personal items such as personal toiletries, bathrobe and slippers or socks, list of medications your a currently taking, glasses, dentures, hearing aids and any instructions your physician may have provided.
We ask you NOT to bring jewelry or other valuables, extra money or additional credit cards, a hair dryer, electric shaver, or other electrical appliances.

Every patient has the right to receive visitors in accordance with his/her wishes and provider approval, depending upon the rights and safety of the patient and others, or the medical or therapeutic status of the patient. Patients also have the right to withdraw or deny consent to visitation at any time.

Off-Hour Visitation
Xổ số lượng tử hôm nayVisitors and family may discuss special visiting needs – including overnight accommodations – with the Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor. They will arrange visiting privileges to meet the needs and wishes of the patient and his/her family as well as the other patient in the room.
Xổ số lượng tử hôm nayOvernight accommodation of one parent after 9:00 pm is provided for pediatric patients, less than 18 years of age.
